These pancakes are super yummy and are seriously easy to make. They are perfect for a post workout snack and if you are wanting to have a less carby breakfast, then just leave out the oats.
1 cup oats (optional)
Mash the banana in a bowl, and add the eggs. Whisk together or blend using a blender. Mix in the oats.
Fry on a medium heat as you would any other pancake. You should end up with around 3-4 pancakes each.
Add maple syrup, fresh fruit, peanut butter or anything else that takes your fancy. Enjoy.
